Zamestnanec je pri plnen\u00ed \u00faloh otvoren\u00fd, pr\u00edstupn\u00fd \u017eiadate\u013eom o granty, a\u00a0svoju pr\u00e1cu vykon\u00e1va tak, aby poskytoval potrebn\u00fa podporu a s\u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165, kvalitn\u00e9 slu\u017eby partnerom, aby svoju pr\u00e1cu vykon\u00e1val zodpovedne, v\u010das a\u00a0riadne. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa sna\u017e\u00ed o\u00a0efekt\u00edvnos\u0165 procesov, hospod\u00e1rnos\u0165 a\u00a0efekt\u00edvne vyu\u017eitie poskytovan\u00fdch grantov\u00fdch prostriedkov a\u00a0o\u00a0dodr\u017eiavanie stanoven\u00fdch leh\u00f4t.<\/p><p>3. Vo vz\u0165ahu k\u00a0verejnosti kon\u00e1 zamestnanec v\u017edy s\u00a0vedom\u00edm, \u017ee jeho osobn\u00fd v\u00fdkon obsahom aj formou reprezentuje nielen zdru\u017eenie a spol. s r.o. ale aj jej partnerov. Vo\u010di verejnosti vystupuje s\u00a0\u00factou, zdvorilo, korektne a\u00a0v\u00a0s\u00falade so z\u00e1sadami slu\u0161n\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania. Zdr\u017eiava sa ak\u00e9hoko\u013evek spr\u00e1vania a\u00a0konania, ktor\u00e9 by po\u0161kodilo dobr\u00e9 meno zdru\u017eenia, \u010di partnera.<\/p><p>4. Zamestnanec m\u00e1 snahu o\u00a0naplnenie z\u00e1merov partnera, pri\u010dom ani mimo pracoviska nezauj\u00edma postoje, ktor\u00e9 by mohli negat\u00edvne ovplyvni\u0165 dobr\u00e9 meno partnera.<\/p><p>5. Zamestnanec pri plnen\u00ed svojich \u00faloh pri v\u00fdkone pr\u00e1ce postupuje\u00a0v\u00a0s\u00falade s\u00a0verejnoprospe\u0161n\u00fdm z\u00e1ujmom objekt\u00edvne, nestranne, bez predsudkov a\u00a0predpojatosti. Zoh\u013ead\u0148uje pr\u00e1va, povinnosti a\u00a0z\u00e1ujmy v\u0161etk\u00fdch dotknut\u00fdch str\u00e1n. Kon\u00e1 a\u00a0rozhoduje na z\u00e1klade riadne zisten\u00e9ho skutkov\u00e9ho stavu veci, pri\u010dom d\u00f4sledne db\u00e1 na rovnos\u0165 dotknut\u00fdch str\u00e1n tak, aby nedoch\u00e1dzalo k\u00a0ujme na ich pr\u00e1vach a\u00a0opr\u00e1vnen\u00fdch z\u00e1ujmoch. V\u00a0pr\u00edpade potreby je pr\u00edstupn\u00fd kontrole svojich rozhodnut\u00ed in\u0161tit\u00faciami na to zriaden\u00fdmi, ale aj ak\u00e9muko\u013evek nez\u00e1visl\u00e9mu pos\u00fadeniu tret\u00edmi stranami.<\/p><p>6. Zamestnanec prispieva k\u00a0vytvoreniu zdrav\u00e9ho a\u00a0bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho prostredia zalo\u017een\u00e9ho na d\u00f4vere bez akejko\u013evek formy ob\u0165a\u017eovania, diskrimin\u00e1cie, zastra\u0161ovania, mobbingu, n\u00e1tlaku, \u0161ikanovania a\u00a0bossingu.<\/p><p>7. Zamestnanec kon\u00e1 s\u00a0ostatn\u00fdmi zamestnancami, so zamestnancami partnerov \u010destne, korektne a\u00a0v\u00a0s\u00falade so z\u00e1sadami slu\u0161n\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania.<\/p><p>8. Zamestnanec nesmie poskytova\u0165, vedome \u0161\u00edri\u0165, alebo sprostredkova\u0165 nepravdiv\u00e9, skres\u013euj\u00face alebo zav\u00e1dzaj\u00face skuto\u010dnosti, inform\u00e1cie alebo vyhl\u00e1senia, s\u00favisiace s\u00a0vykon\u00e1van\u00edm pr\u00e1ce, ktor\u00e9 by mohli po\u0161kodi\u0165 poves\u0165 zdru\u017eenia alebo partnerov, ostatn\u00fdch zamestnancov, a\u00a0to pri vystupovan\u00ed v\u00a0osobnom styku, ako aj v\u00a0online priestore, napr\u00edklad na webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nkach soci\u00e1lnych platforiem. V\u00a0pr\u00edpade vyjadren\u00ed pre m\u00e9di\u00e1 je pred poskytnut\u00edm vyjadrenia, v\u00a0z\u00e1ujme poskytn\u00fa\u0165 verejnosti transparentn\u00fa a\u00a0jednotn\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu t\u00e9m, nevyhnutn\u00e1 predo\u0161l\u00e1 koordin\u00e1cia s\u00a0veden\u00ed zdru\u017eenia, resp. s partnerom.<\/p><p>9. Zamestnanec\u00a0nezneu\u017e\u00edva zdroje, ktor\u00e9 administruje na dosiahnutie osobn\u00e9ho prospechu.<\/p><p>10. Zamestnanec zodpoved\u00e1 za etickos\u0165 svojho konania a\u00a0rozhodnut\u00ed zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi a\u00a0je pripraven\u00fd podrobi\u0165 sa kontrole v\u00a0zmysle predlo\u017eenia v\u0161etk\u00fdch s\u00favisiacich inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a\u00a0dokladov potrebn\u00fdch k\u00a0presk\u00famaniu jeho postupu.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>St\u0159et z\u00e1jm\u016f<\/strong><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Konflikt z\u00e1ujmov je situ\u00e1cia, kedy z\u00a0osobn\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov alebo z\u00a0d\u00f4vodu s\u00fakromn\u00e9ho z\u00e1ujmu je alebo mohol by\u0165 naru\u0161en\u00fd alebo ohrozen\u00fd nestrann\u00fd a\u00a0objekt\u00edvny v\u00fdkon funkcie a\u00a0plnenie \u00faloh zamestnanca. S\u00fakromn\u00fd z\u00e1ujem zah\u0155\u0148a mo\u017en\u00fa v\u00fdhodu pre zamestnanca, jeho rodinu, priate\u013eov, bl\u00edzke osoby a\u00a0pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 alebo fyzick\u00e9 osoby, s\u00a0ktor\u00fdmi m\u00e1 zamestnanec alebo jemu bl\u00edzke osoby s\u00fakromn\u00e9, obchodn\u00e9, finan\u010dn\u00e9 alebo politick\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy.<p>2. Zamestnanec sa vyh\u00fdba skuto\u010dn\u00e9mu, mo\u017en\u00e9mu alebo zdanliv\u00e9mu konfliktu z\u00e1ujmov. Nepripust\u00ed, aby do\u0161lo ku konfliktu jeho s\u00fakromn\u00fdch z\u00e1ujmov s\u00a0jeho postaven\u00edm zamestnanca zdru\u017eenia. Je povinnos\u0165ou zamestnanca vyh\u00fdba\u0165 sa konfliktu z\u00e1ujmov ako aj predch\u00e1dza\u0165 situ\u00e1ci\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 alebo vyvola\u0165 podozrenia z\u00a0konfliktu z\u00e1ujmov.<\/p><p>3. Zamestnanec sa zdr\u017e\u00ed osobn\u00fdch z\u00e1ujmov alebo z\u00e1ujmov v\u00a0oblasti podnikania alebo z\u00e1ujmov in\u00fdch fyzick\u00fdch alebo pr\u00e1vnick\u00fdch os\u00f4b, ktor\u00e9 by mohli ovplyvni\u0165 v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce a\u00a0nez\u00fa\u010dast\u0148uje sa na \u017eiadnej \u010dinnosti (s\u00fakromnej ani pracovnej), ktor\u00e1 je alebo by mohla by\u0165 nezlu\u010dite\u013en\u00e1 s\u00a0riadnym v\u00fdkonnom jeho pracovn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed, alebo na \u010dinnostiach obmedzuj\u00facich tak\u00fdto v\u00fdkon.<\/p><p>4. V\u00a0pr\u00edpade, \u017ee zamestnanec nevie konfliktu z\u00e1ujmov pred\u00eds\u0165, ozn\u00e1mi bez zbyto\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu svojmu priamemu nadriaden\u00e9mu\/nadriadenej (\u010falej len \u201enadriaden\u00fd\u201c) ak\u00fdko\u013evek skuto\u010dn\u00fd, mo\u017en\u00fd alebo zdanliv\u00fd konflikt z\u00e1ujmov.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zamestnanec kon\u00e1 a\u00a0rozhoduje politicky neutr\u00e1lnym sp\u00f4sobom, bez oh\u013eadu na jeho vlastn\u00e9 politick\u00e9 a\u00a0ideologick\u00e9 zm\u00fd\u0161\u013eanie.<p>6. Zamestnanec sa vyh\u00fdba \u010dinnosti, ktor\u00e1 by po\u0161kodzovala d\u00f4veru verejnosti a\u00a0zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea v\u00a0jeho schopnos\u0165 plni\u0165 pracovn\u00e9 \u00falohy nestranne.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dary a\u00a0in\u00e9 v\u00fdhody<\/strong><\/p><p>1. Zamestnanec predch\u00e1dza rizik\u00e1m korupcie, podvodu a\u00a0ne\u017eiad\u00facim vonkaj\u0161\u00edm vplyvom, ktor\u00e9 by mohli ovplyvni\u0165 riadny v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce. Predch\u00e1dza aj vzniku vz\u0165ahov a\u00a0situ\u00e1ci\u00ed, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci ktor\u00fdch by bol alebo by sa mohol c\u00edti\u0165 by\u0165 zaviazan\u00fd oplati\u0165 dary, in\u00e9 v\u00fdhody \u010di plnenia (\u010falej len \u201edary\u201c), ktor\u00e9 mu boli poskytnut\u00e9 pri plnen\u00ed pracovn\u00fdch \u00faloh. Darom alebo inou v\u00fdhodou sa rozumie vec, majetkov\u00e1 hodnota, majetkov\u00e9 alebo nemajetkov\u00e9 plnenie, na ktor\u00e9 nie je pr\u00e1vny n\u00e1rok.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zamestnanec nesmie vy\u017eadova\u0165 ani prij\u00edma\u0165 od tret\u00edch os\u00f4b finan\u010dn\u00e9 ani nefinan\u010dn\u00e9 dary, pozornosti a\u00a0in\u00e9 v\u00fdhody za pr\u00e1cu, ktor\u00e9 by mohli re\u00e1lne alebo zdanlivo ovplyvni\u0165 jeho rozhodovanie a\u00a0profesion\u00e1lny pr\u00edstup vo veci.<\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/header>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<footer class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0411912 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\"
