Pri obavljanju svojih du\u017enosti, zaposlenici (u daljnjem tekstu \u201ezaposlenici\u201d) pridr\u017eavat \u0107e se Ustava Slova\u010dke Republike, zakona, ratificiranih me\u0111unarodnih konvencija i drugih op\u0107epovezanih pravnih propisa.<\/p><p>2. U obavljanju svojih du\u017enosti, zaposlenik je otvoren i pristupa\u010dan korisnicima bespovratnih sredstava te obavlja svoj posao na na\u010din koji pru\u017ea potrebnu podr\u0161ku i suradnju, kao i visokokvalitetne usluge partnerima, osiguravaju\u0107i da se njegov posao obavlja odgovorno, pravovremeno i prema visokim standardima. Istovremeno te\u017ee u\u010dinkovitosti procesa, isplativosti i u\u010dinkovitom kori\u0161tenju sredstava bespovratnih donacija te po\u0161tivanju zadanih rokova.<\/p><p>3. U svom opho\u0111enju s javno\u0161\u0107u, zaposlenici \u0107e uvijek postupati svjesni da njihovo osobno pona\u0161anje, i po sadr\u017eaju i po obliku, ne predstavlja samo udrugu i dru\u0161tvo s ograni\u010denom odgovorno\u0161\u0107u, ve\u0107 i njihove partnere. Prema javnosti \u0107e se pona\u0161ati s po\u0161tovanjem, uljudno i primjereno te u skladu s na\u010delima dobrog pona\u0161anja. Uzdat \u0107e se od bilo kakvog pona\u0161anja ili postupanja koje bi moglo na\u0161tetiti dobrom ugledu udruge ili partnera.<\/p><p>4. Zaposlenik nastoji ispuniti ciljeve partnera i, \u010dak i izvan radnog mjesta, suzdr\u017eava se od zauzimanja stavova koji bi mogli na\u0161tetiti ugledu partnera.<\/p><p>5. Pri obavljanju svojih du\u017enosti, zaposlenici djeluju u javnom interesu, objektivno, nepristrano i bez predrasuda ili pristranosti. Uzimaju u obzir prava, obveze i interese svih zainteresiranih strana. Djelovat \u0107e i donositi odluke na temelju utvr\u0111enih \u010dinjenica, istovremeno dosljedno osiguravaju\u0107i jednakost zainteresiranih strana kako ne bi ugrozili njihova prava i legitimne interese. Po potrebi, njezine su odluke otvorene za preispitivanje od strane institucija osnovanih u tu svrhu, kao i za bilo kakvu neovisnu procjenu tre\u0107ih strana.<\/p><p>6. Zaposlenici doprinose stvaranju zdravog i sigurnog radnog okru\u017eenja temeljenog na povjerenju, bez ikakvih oblika uznemiravanja, diskriminacije, zastra\u0161ivanja, mobbinga, prisile, zlostavljanja ili nametanja autoriteta.<\/p><p>7. Zaposlenici \u0107e se prema svojim kolegama i zaposlenicima partnera odnositi s po\u0161tenjem, pravedno\u0161\u0107u i u skladu s na\u010delima dobrog pona\u0161anja.<\/p><p>8. Zaposlenici ne smiju davati, svjesno \u0161iriti ili prenositi la\u017ene, iskrivljene ili obmanjuju\u0107e \u010dinjenice, informacije ili izjave koje se odnose na obavljanje njihovih du\u017enosti, a koje bi mogle na\u0161tetiti ugledu udruge ili njezinih partnera, ostalim zaposlenicima, bilo u izravnim interakcijama ili putem interneta, na primjer na platformama dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea. U slu\u010daju izjava za medije, prije davanja izjave nu\u017ena je prethodna koordinacija s upravom udruge ili s partnerom, kako bi se javnosti osigurala transparentna i dosljedna komunikacija o temama.<\/p><p>9. Zaposlenici ne smiju zloupotrebljavati resurse kojima upravljaju radi osobne koristi.<\/p><p>10. Zaposlenici su odgovorni svom poslodavcu za eti\u010dko pona\u0161anje svojih postupaka i odluka te su spremni podnijeti provjeru pru\u017eanjem svih relevantnih informacija i dokumentacije potrebnih za pregled njihovog pona\u0161anja.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sukob interesa<\/strong><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sukob interesa je situacija u kojoj je, iz osobnih razloga ili zbog privatnog interesa, nepristrano i objektivno obavljanje du\u017enosti i zadataka zaposlenika ugro\u017eeno ili bi moglo biti ugro\u017eeno. Privatni interes uklju\u010duje potencijalnu korist za zaposlenika, njegovu obitelj, prijatelje, bliske suradnike te pravne ili fizi\u010dke osobe s kojima zaposlenik ili njegovi bliski suradnici imaju privatne, poslovne, financijske ili politi\u010dke odnose.<p>2. Zaposlenici \u0107e izbjegavati svaki stvarni, mogu\u0107i ili prividni sukob interesa. Ne smiju dopustiti da njihovi privatni interesi dolaze u sukob s njihovim polo\u017eajem zaposlenika udruge. Du\u017enost je zaposlenika izbjegavati sukobe interesa i sprije\u010diti situacije koje mogu uzrokovati ili potaknuti sumnje na sukob interesa.<\/p><p>3. Zaposlenik se suzdr\u017eava od ostvarivanja osobnih interesa, poslovnih interesa ili interesa drugih fizi\u010dkih ili pravnih osoba koji bi mogli utjecati na obavljanje njegovih\/njezinih poslova, te se ne smije baviti bilo kakvom djelatno\u0161\u0107u (bilo privatne ili vezane uz posao) koje su ili bi mogle biti nespojive s pravilnim obavljanjem njihovih du\u017enosti, ili u aktivnostima koje ograni\u010davaju takvo obavljanje.<\/p><p>4. Ako zaposlenik ne mo\u017ee izbje\u0107i sukob interesa, du\u017ean je bez odga\u0111anja obavijestiti svog neposrednog nadre\u0111enog (u daljnjem tekstu \u201enadre\u0111eni\u201c) o svakom stvarnom, potencijalnom ili naizglednom sukobu interesa.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaposlenik \u0107e postupati i donositi odluke na politi\u010dki neutralan na\u010din, bez obzira na vlastita politi\u010dka i ideolo\u0161ka uvjerenja.<p>6. Zaposlenik se suzdr\u017eava od bilo kakvog pona\u0161anja koje bi potkopalo javno povjerenje ili povjerenje poslodavca u njegovu sposobnost nepristrano obavljati svoje du\u017enosti.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Darovi i druge pogodnosti<\/strong><\/p><p>1. Zaposlenici \u0107e sprje\u010davati rizike od korupcije, prijevare i ne\u017eeljenih vanjskih utjecaja koji bi mogli utjecati na pravilno obavljanje njihovih du\u017enosti. Tako\u0111er \u0107e sprije\u010diti nastanak odnosa i situacija u kojima bi bili, ili bi se mogli osje\u0107ati obvezni, da uzvrate darove, druge pogodnosti ili usluge (u daljnjem tekstu \u201edarovi\u201c) koje su im pru\u017eene tijekom obavljanja njihovih du\u017enosti. Poklon ili druga korist podrazumijeva predmet, nov\u010danu vrijednost ili nov\u010danu ili nenov\u010danu korist na koju se ne stje\u010de zakonsko pravo.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaposlenik ne smije od tre\u0107ih strana tra\u017eiti ili prihva\u0107ati nikakve financijske ili nefina\u00adncijske darove, znakove zahvalnosti ili druge pogodnosti u vezi s radom koji bi mogli, u stvarnosti ili u izgledu, utjecati na njegovo dono\u0161enje odluka ili profesionalno pona\u0161anje u tom predmetu.<\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight:
