class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"WordSection1\"><h3 lang=\"SK\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Uvodne odredbe<\/h3><ol><li lang=\"SK\">Ovaj Kodeks utvr\u0111uje obvezuju\u0107a na\u010dela i smjernice kojih se tvrtka (u nastavku teksta \u201eTvrtka\u201c) obvezuje pridr\u017eavati u podru\u010dju ravnopravnosti spolova i rodne pravednosti, nadahnuta vrijednostima pravednosti, po\u0161tovanja i dostojanstva.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Kodeks slu\u017ei kao okvir za pona\u0161anje zaposlenika, menad\u017ementa i svih osoba koje djeluju u ime Dru\u0161tva u pitanjima vezanim uz spol, rodne uloge, obiteljske odgovornosti i nediskriminaciju.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Cilj je osigurati da u tvrtki ne bude diskriminacije na temelju spola, rodnog identiteta ili rodnog izra\u017eavanja te promicati potpuno i jednako sudjelovanje svih zaposlenika.<\/li><\/ol><hr \/><h3 lang=\"SK\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Na\u010dela i obveze<\/h3><ol><li><strong lang=\"SK\">Pravni sporazum.<\/strong><ul><li lang=\"SK\">Tvrtka i njezini zaposlenici pridr\u017eavaju se Ustava Slova\u010dke Republike, zakona, ratificiranih me\u0111unarodnih sporazuma i drugih obvezuju\u0107ih propisa koji se odnose na ravnopravnost spolova, nediskriminaciju i za\u0161titu ljudskih prava.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">U slu\u010dajevima kada su unutarnja pravila stro\u017ea od zakona, primjenjuju se odredbe Kodeksa.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong lang=\"SK\">Jednake mogu\u0107nosti.<\/strong><ul><li lang=\"SK\">Jednako postupanje osigurava se pri zapo\u0161ljavanju, odabiru, nagra\u0111ivanju, promaknu\u0107u, osposobljavanju i razvoju karijere, bez obzira na spol, rodni identitet ili rodni izraz.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Kriteriji za dono\u0161enje odluka moraju biti objektivni, transparentni, pravedni i javno poznati.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong lang=\"SK\">Uravnote\u017eeno predstavljanje.<\/strong><ul><li lang=\"SK\">Tvrtka nastoji promicati uravnote\u017eeno zastupljenje \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca na svim razinama, uklju\u010duju\u0107i visoko rukovodstvo, upravu, projektne timove i radne skupine.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Gdje postoje zna\u010dajni neravnote\u017ei u odre\u0111enim podru\u010djima, mjere se aktivno provode kako bi se ispravila situacija (poticaji, mentorstvo, otvoreni pozivi).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong lang=\"SK\">Jednaka pla\u0107a.<\/strong><ul><li lang=\"SK\">Ako dvije osobe obavljaju isti posao ili posao jednake vrijednosti, moraju biti pla\u0107ene jednako, bez obzira na njihov spol.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Analize pla\u0107a i naknada provode se redovito, utvr\u0111uju se potencijalne nepravilnosti i poduzimaju se mjere za njihovo otklanjanje.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong lang=\"SK\">Uzimaju\u0107i u obzir obiteljske i osobne obaveze.<\/strong><ul><li lang=\"SK\">Tvrtka prepoznaje da zaposlenici mogu imati obiteljske ili osobne obveze (brigu o djeci, starijim \u010dlanovima obitelji, roditeljima ili drugim obiteljskim obvezama).<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Uvode se fleksibilni aran\u017emani rada gdje god je to mogu\u0107e (fleksibilno radno vrijeme, rad od ku\u0107e, rad na nepuno radno vrijeme, slobodno vrijeme).<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Pri procjeni u\u010dinka uzimaju se u obzir i osobne okolnosti zaposlenika kako bi se osiguralo da ne budu ka\u017enjeni zbog obiteljskih obveza.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong lang=\"SK\">Sprje\u010davanje seksualnog uznemiravanja i neprimjerenog pona\u0161anja.<\/strong><ul><li lang=\"SK\">Tvrtka zabranjuje svaki oblik seksualnog uznemiravanja, seksisti\u010dke primjedbe, neprimjereno dodirivanje, uvrede ili verbalne komentare temeljene na spolu.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Svatko ima pravo prijaviti takvo pona\u0161anje bez straha od odmazde.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Tvrtka \u0107e osigurati jasan postupak za prijavu, istragu i sankcioniranje slu\u010dajeva uznemiravanja.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong lang=\"SK\">Kultura po\u0161tovanja i uklju\u010divosti.<\/strong><ul><li lang=\"SK\">Svaki zaposlenik postupa s uzajamnim po\u0161tovanjem i nepristrano prema rodnim stereotipima i predrasudama.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">U svim komunikacijama (javnim, internetskim, marketin\u0161kim i u dokumentima) koristi se uklju\u010div jezik osjetljiv na rodnu raznolikost (npr. oblici obra\u0107anja, rodno neutralni zamjenici).<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Tvrtka podr\u017eava obuke o ravnopravnosti spolova, rodnoj osjetljivosti, nejednakostima i neprimjerenim praksama.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong lang=\"SK\">Pra\u0107enje, evaluacija i transparentnost.<\/strong><ul><li lang=\"SK\">Tvrtka redovito prati pokazatelje ravnopravnosti spolova (npr. spolnu ravnote\u017eu u timovima, razlike u pla\u0107ama, fluktuaciju osoblja prema spolu).<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Rezultati su dostupni internim dionicima, a gdje je to primjereno, i vanjskim dionicima.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Na temelju ovih analiza provode se korektivne mjere i pobolj\u0161anja te se postavljaju ciljevi za nadolaze\u0107i razdoblje.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong lang=\"SK\">Odgovornost i upravljanje.<\/strong><ul><li lang=\"SK\">Svaki zaposlenik je osobno odgovoran za po\u0161tivanje ovog Kodeksa.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Vo\u0111e i menad\u017eeri moraju voditi primjerom, aktivno promicati rodnu ravnopravnost i intervenirati ako do\u0111e do povreda.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Tvrtka \u0107e uspostaviti mehanizam (npr. kontakt osoba, odbor) za primanje prijedloga i pritu\u017ebi te provjeru da su rije\u0161ene.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong lang=\"SK\">Sankcije i mjere.<\/strong><ul><li lang=\"SK\">Kr\u0161enje ovog Kodeksa smatra se ozbiljnim kr\u0161enjem discipline i, ovisno o te\u017eini, mo\u017ee rezultirati disciplinskim mjerama, uklju\u010duju\u0107i otkaz.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Pri rje\u0161avanju povreda osigurat \u0107e se po\u0161ten, objektivan i nepristran postupak, uz mogu\u0107nost izno\u0161enja obrane.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><hr \/><h3 lang=\"SK\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Zavr\u0161ne odredbe<\/h3><ol><li lang=\"SK\">Ovaj kodeks stupa na snagu danom odobrenja od strane uprave Dru\u0161tva i obvezuje sve zaposlenike.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">Kodeks se redovito preispituje (npr. svakih 1\u20132 godine) u svjetlu zakonodavstva, dru\u0161tvenih promjena, ste\u010denog iskustva i stru\u010dnih preporuka.<\/li><li lang=\"SK\">U slu\u010dajevima koji nisu izri\u010dito obuhva\u0107eni Kodeksom, postupat \u0107e se u skladu sa zakonom, internim
