Our goal is to benefit both our clients and applicants. We strive to make the work of subsidy staff easier while increasing applicant satisfaction. We help managers streamline the process of receiving, evaluating and checking applications. We help applicants prepare their projects to a high standard and without errors, so that the cooperation is a positive experience leading to the implementation of great projects for the community, municipality or region.
We believe in openness and in sharing both positive and negative experiences. Our team has extensive experience in managing grant and subsidy programmes, as well as in involving residents in decision-making processes. As the founders of the crowdfunding platforms dakujeme.sk and StartLab, we are closely familiar with the situation of applicants and project implementers.
Our outputs are created with an emphasis on detail and your needs. We work according to your brief (VZN, calls) and follow your long-term goals and strategy. We bring to every project our experience and proven procedures that have worked well for other clients. It may very well happen that we suggest how to set up processes in a more modern way so that they better reflect trends and applicants’ expectations.
EGRANT is a cloud solution that we continuously develop based on the suggestions and needs of our clients. It is versatile and allows processes to be set up according to your requirements. An in-depth UX redesign based on our users’ recommendations is currently under way. We constantly strive to improve the system and make it easier to use and more efficient.
For us, care means more than just a helpful approach to clients and to grant and subsidy applicants. We are genuinely interested in every client being able to work with the system independently and use its full potential, so that at the end of the day they save time for the essential questions. A survey involving 53 clients showed that satisfaction with our support reaches as much as 87%.
