Reopening an evaluation

The manager can reopen already submitted evaluations, allowing the evaluator to make changes to the evaluation.

Only already submitted evaluations can be reopened

This is not possible for an evaluation in progress that the evaluator has not yet submitted (and can therefore still modify).

Tab "Applications"

In the „Applications“ tab click on the „Manage“ link next to the application whose evaluation you want to reopen.

Open the „Evaluation“ tab and click on the „details“ link next to the evaluator whose evaluation you want to open.

Open the evaluation

The details of this evaluation will open. Click the „Reopen evaluation for amendment“.

(By clicking the button „The evaluation sheet is complete, evaluation of the application is finished“ the evaluation will be closed and it will no longer be possible to reopen it.)

Confirm the reopening of the evaluation

You can write a note for the evaluator specifying what to change in the evaluation.
Confirm the reopening of the evaluation by clicking the „Reopen evaluation for amendment“.

The evaluation status will change

Status of this evaluation will change to „INCOMPLETE“.

At the same time, the evaluation will be moved from the evaluator's evaluation archive back to the list of applications for evaluation. After modifying/amending this evaluation, it must be submitted again.

Evaluator's view

The evaluator after clicking on the „Evaluate“ link next to this application will find at the top of the screen a note that the manager provided when reopening this evaluation.

Notification

After reopening the evaluation for amendment, an email notification about the reopening of the evaluation will be automatically sent to this evaluator.
