Before you open a programme, make sure you have the following correctly set up:
Managers who will work with the programme have access to this programme
In the „Programme management“ tab in the main menu at the organisation level.
You have created and reviewed the application form
In the „Form“ tab in the programme-level menu.
You have reviewed the texts and images on the landing pages
In case of changes, contact us.
You can edit some parts of the landing pages yourself in the „Custom texts“ tab at the organisation level and the „Info texts“ tab at the programme level
Make sure that in the „Settings“ tab in the programme-level menu you have set up:
Email of the manager(s) who should receive notifications
These are notifications about submitted projects, evaluations, settlements, and, if applicable, electronic contract signing (field „notification email for submitted applications and final reports“).
Application deadline
After this deadline it will no longer be possible to submit projects.
Set the deadline to the exact date and time of the closure (e.g. if the deadline is 30 April at midnight, enter the date 30 April and the time 23:59).
Maximum number of applications from a single applicant
If 0 is entered, every registered applicant can submit an unlimited number of projects in the given programme.
If you use the electronic signing feature, make sure your electronic signature is correctly set up.
This feature is subject to a fee; if you are interested, contact us.
Also remember to go to the „Settings“ tab in the programme-level menu to enter the tags of form fields from which data is pulled data into the „Applications“ tab and also to the voting page:
Project name tag
For the correct display of project names in the „Project“ column and also on the voting page.
Project submitter tag
For the correct display of the submitter's name in the „Submitter“ column and also on the voting page.
Tag for requested resources
For the correct display of the amount in the „Requested amount“ column and also on the voting page.
Tag for own resources
For the correct display of the amount in the „Own resources“ column.
For the correct display of projects on the voting page, remember to go to the „Settings“ tab in the programme-level menu to also enter the tags of form fields from which project data is pulled:
Tag for location
If this field is filled in, the project implementation location will also be displayed on the voting page for each project that the public can vote for.
Tag for annotation
For the correct display of a brief project description.
Tag for images
For the correct display of images/photos illustrating the project.
