Manager access
You can create access for a new manager or edit access for existing ones in the „Manager management“ tab in the main menu at the organisation level.
3 Privileges
Check the privileges you want this manager to have, and then click the „Save“ button at the bottom of the screen.
- In the „User groups“ tab in the main menu you can create groups for which you define a specific combination of these privileges, and simply assign a group from the list to the manager. You can then skip the step of checking individual privileges for the new manager.
4 Completing registration
To the the email you entered when creating the access, a notification with a link to complete the registration has just been sent.
After clicking on this link, the manager fills in their name and creates a password, clicks the "Complete registration" button. They will then log into the system using this email and password.
5 Edit manager
In the "Manager management“ tab in the main menu you can see a list of all created accesses.
In the "Status" column you can also see whether the account is already active. "AWAITING VERIFICATION" means that the manager has not yet completed the registration.
In the "Actions" column you can resend the invitation to complete registration by clicking the "Resend invitation" link. By clicking the "Edit" link you can change their email (e.g. if you made a mistake in the email address).
This way you have created an account for the new manager. In order to have access to programmes, you must assign them to a specific programme in the „Programme management“ tab in the main menu.
If the manager within one entity has multiple roles (has under the same email an account also as an evaluator/applicant), after entering their email the invitation will not be sent and their manager account will appear in the table immediately as "ACTIVE".
They will use the login credentials (email and password) of the previously created account to log in, and they will switch between roles after logging in in the upper right corner of the screen.
User groups
In the „User groups“ tab in the main menu you can define various combinations of privileges for managers (groups). You can then assign individual managers to these groups and set their privileges with a single click.
2 Group settings
Select name for this group, optionally also a description.
In the „group for role“ row select „Foundation manager“.
Set the privileges the privileges for this group:
- „KEEP“ will keep the setting as specified in the individual manager's account (i.e. in this group, this privilege will behave according to each manager's individual settings).
- If there are managers in the group who had no privileges checked when their account was created and this group has all privileges set to „Keep“, these managers will have no privileges.
- „ALLOW“ means that all managers in this group have this privilege enabled, regardless of whether we enabled this privilege in their individual account.
- „DENY“ means that all managers in this group have this privilege disabled, regardless of whether we enabled this privilege in their individual account.
Do not forget to click the „Save“ button at the bottom of the screen.
