Opening the programme
In order for the applicant to be able to register in eGRANT on your landing page, at least 1 programme must be open .
In order for the applicant to fill in an application in a specific programme, they must be registered in that programme. Registration for the programme is only possible while the programme is in the „open“.
If the applicant has already registered once for a programme on your landing page, they can register for each subsequent programme within their account after logging in.
To open the programme two settings are important:
Programme status
„OPEN ” – as soon as you change the programme status to „open”, it will appear in the applicants’ list of open programmes and they can register for it and start filling in the application.
You can change the programme status in the „Settings ” tab in the programme-level menu, or in the „Programme Management ” tab in the organisation-level menu (via the „Edit” button).
We recommend that you change the programme status to „OPEN” only once you have created the application form.
Application deadline
If you set a specific deadline – applicants who registered for the programme(s) while they were open can submit the application by this date (even if the programme is „closed”, as long as the deadline has not yet passed).
- The exact date and time of the deadline are set.
For example, if the deadline is 30 April at midnight, set the date to 30 April and the time to 23:59.
- The exact date and time of the deadline are set.
You can set this deadline in the „Settings ” tab in the programme-level menu.
Closing the programme
Every applicant who has successfully registered for the programme/programmes can in this programme/programmes work on their application or settlement even while the programme is in the „closed ” state, until the deadline (this deadline is set in the „Settings” tab in the programme-level menu).
Closing the programme can be understood as closing registration for the programme, or closing the possibility to submit an application in this programme:
Closing registration for the programme
Programme status „CLOSED ” – as soon as you change the programme status to „closed”, it will not appear in the applicants’ list of open programmes and they will not be able to register for it and start filling in the application.
- However, if they are already registered in the programme, they can still submit their application (even if the programme is in the „closed” state).
You can change the programme status in the „Settings ” tab in the programme-level menu, or in the „Programme Management ” tab in the organisation-level menu (via the „Edit” button).
Closing application submission in the programme
If you want to stop application submission in the programme, you must specify a specific deadline – from this date it will no longer be possible to submit applications in the programme.
- The exact date and time of the deadline are set. For example, if the deadline is 30 April at midnight, set the date to 30 April and the time to 23:59.
You can set this date in the „Settings ” tab in the programme-level menu.
